Talibanes católicos

Ayer el Obispo de Augsburg, Walter Mixa, en su sermón del domingo de pascua se llevó las palmas. Dijo "la inhumanidad del ateísmo que se practica se ha demostrado en los regímenes sin Dios del nacionalsocialismo y del comunismo con sus campos de concentración, su policía secreta y sus asesinatos en masa". En estos sistemas "los cristianos y la iglesia fueron especialmente perseguidos", "quien niega a Dios o lucha contra él, también negará y maltratará al hombre y su dignidad", "una sociedad sin Dios es un infierno en la tierra."

Fiu! yo pensaba que el infierno era peor, con fuego permanente y cosas de esas.
Sinceramente no entiendo la lógica católica. Pero esto ya es talibán! Sermón contra los infieles, que son como los nazis.

Caray! los pobres ateos que no tenemos moral, pues nuestra débil razón nos dice que si no hay un dios que nos castigue por nuestros pecados o nos los perdone, entonces podemos hacer lo que nos venga en gana, osea, volvernos nazis o comunistas! Respetar a los seres humanos, ja! para qué? Si la única ética es la cristiana.

Yo pensaba que más bien, los asesinatos en masa eran cometidos en mucho mayor medida por religiosos, por seguidores de una fe...


Bueno, como saben soy una inmoral, así que voy a matar a algunas personas y regreso.

Regresé pero con una respuesta de Christopher Hitchens a Tony Blair por su salida del clóset. La nota la saco del Blog de JSHM, pero vale la pena reproducir el final de ella aquí, a propósito de lo dicho por Mixa, digo por aquello de la superioridad moral de los creyentes:

With the exception of the last of the five initiatives, then, there would be nothing that any secular charity could not undertake. This still leaves a good deal of ground untilled. There remains an urgent need for campaigns that would, inter alia:
-Fight against the genital mutilation of children of both sexes;
-Fight against dowry and bride-price for underage girls;
-Campaign for the right of men and women to employ contraception;
-Call for an Islamic ruling against suicide bombing;
